To celebrate Emirates Team New Zealand’s incredible three-peat America’s Cup win, we created a large mural for our boardroom – serving as a reminder of what can be achieved with dedication, skill, initiative and teamwork. We are proud of our involvement with Emirates Team NZ and the tireless work we have contributed to delivering the best graphics package the world has seen on the water. This portfolio piece is intended to inspire not only our team, but also the clients, suppliers, and visitors who come through our business.

The artwork was created in-house from two photos supplied to the media – the boat racing on the water and the America’s Cup – along with dynamic splash graphics and bold swishes, digitally generated by our skilled design team. The treatment of the Cup is unique; rather than creating a solid cutout image, it is submerged within the graphics as an ethereal object of desire.

The top of the boat’s mainsail extends beyond the wall graphic and bursts onto the ceiling for added creative flair. The graphics were printed in high resolution for up-close viewing, finished with a satin over-laminate to avoid reflections. We prepared the boardroom wall to a level 5 plaster finish to ensure a flawless base for the print. Special attention was given to the edges, door frame, and fixtures to achieve an immaculate result. The energy of the image, with the contrasting colours and depth of the graphics, has breathtaking impact.
