As part of its Fighting For Fair internal campaign, 2degrees wanted to bring colour, personality and a sense of fun into one of the busiest spaces in its office. The vision from their internal branding team was inspired by the look of stained glass windows, using the campaign’s emoji graphics to create a feature that would lift the space while reinforcing the campaign message.

Working from that concept, we designed artwork across three large glass panels, carefully arranging the shapes and colours to recreate the stained glass effect while staying true to the 2degrees brand.

The graphics were printed onto clear window film with a gloss overlaminate, allowing natural light to continue flowing through the space while maintaining visibility between rooms. The film was then applied to the inside of the glass for a clean, durable finish.

One of our favourite details is something you only notice once it’s installed. At certain times of the day, sunlight shines through the coloured graphics, casting vibrant stained glass patterns across the floor and creating an ever-changing feature throughout the workspace.

Located in a high-traffic social hub where staff meet, play table tennis and pool, and enjoy lunch together, the installation has become much more than decorative window graphics. It brings the Fighting For Fair campaign to life in a way that’s both practical and engaging, while transforming an ordinary glass partition into a standout design feature.
